In terms of technique, the player is currently learning mechanics related to basket catching, ground ball scoops, and fist deflection. The player is also in the process of developing mechanics for overhead (sling) and bowling roll. Additionally, the player is working on developing abdominal bracing while diving to both sides from an L-shaped sitting position. Tactically, the player is learning goal line positioning with a triangle concept and is beginning to maximize the use of the penalty box space. The player is also learning the laws of the game, particularly those related to the GK position. It is important to note that LMS goalkeeper training is recommended only for those GKs who are willing to be physically challenged as much as field players.

During tactic training, the player consistently adjusts their position to the ball on the field, communicates effectively, and leads the line of defense during active plays or set-pieces. They respond immediately and lead the defense in positioning during set pieces while effectively using the penalty box to their advantage. Advanced goalkeepers also cross-train with gymnastics or athletic training (focused on sprinting and vertical jumping) to enhance their physical abilities.
